way cute!!! I love the last close up shot showing his joyful face. That is awesome…I have never seen the peanuts stick like that….though I have seen our boys play in them too! How hard were those to get off?
Off to my mom’s to get some new pots for my deck Jenny
My four would have had a field day with that box and I would have been cleaing up packing peanuts for days! They are so hard to pick up with all that static cling! He is so adorable though, you really captured a nice picture!
Haha!
I put up a question on my site and it involves your photography. Not sure if you’re a subscriber or not, so I thought I’d mention it’s on there. (I’m looking for feedback on cameras and photo programs. )
WOW! That’s a whole lot of static cling! I love it! Hee hee! I also love it that I just get to enjoy the pictures, but YOU have to deal with the mess! God bless you with energy and joy for your journey. HUGS!
Oh my! I’m still laughing — that is too funny!! I’ll be sure to show that to Bob — he worked in a shipping department and often spoke of what a “pain” those were! Keep those wonderful pictures coming!!
oh, Shanda these are wonderful! I think its great that you are such a cool mom who allows her kids to be kids. I know that I would have hesitated as I imagined the mess! The pictures and the memories are worth it!! 🙂
RYC: Oh don’t worry, I’m so nervous about getting bangs, that they probably won’t be short at all! LOL I’m trying to find a picture online to print out! Thanks so much for offering to let me borrow your DVD…I’d like to get a feel for what I’m dealing with…hehe. And YES, I would love to come over sometime and take some pictures, your property has many lovely photo opportunities. 🙂 See you tomorrow (hopefully with a lovely head!) Love ya!
Too funny – we have had to deal with the packing peanuts. Now we bag them up as soon as they come in. My girls love frozen blueberries…and blackberries…and peas….and even corn. Hey it gets them to eat their fruits and veggies, right?
Oh, those packing peanuts!!! My word! That is what just killed our vacuum cleaner!!! My kids got into it while I was having my jaw surgery and my sister-in-law tried using it to clean them up…it was so clogged it killed it! Fun, fun! That is what my Fiesta comes packed in! That is the only thing about those peanuts that makes me happy! Hahaha! Well, these pictures do make me laugh as well, as long as I am not the one having to clean it up! How in the world did you get them all off of him? That had to be a job!!!
Amazing, never seen anything like that before, and my kids LOVE to play in peanuts too. I’m not such a nice mommy though. . .I usually ban them from the peanuts so that I don’t have a massive mess to clean up. Peanuts make me crazy. . .I like the new ones though, made from corn starch I think, that will melt with water. . .those would have been easy to take care of. How did you ever clean him up???
You must be the world’s greatest mom! I always tried to see that that stuff was safely stashed in the trash before my kiddos could get to it. Even then, the little pieces that escaped were hard to clean up. My hat is off to you!
LOL!! That is just too funny. Hey, I wanna bring my kids over to your house sometime -you and your kids are always having so much fun!
that is hilarious!! tooo cute~
happy weekend~ =)
