On the way in, I told her to pick a light color.
But she got dazzled by all the choices and forgot.
What do I know anyway? The sparkly brown is perfect for our girl Grace.
I sat next to her and got mine painted pink.
Then, after our nails dried we went to the craft store. I’m going to decoupage today!
Hope your Saturday is going well, friends.
xoxo
Oh, what fun!
What a beautiful shade of brown!
hi shanda…….what a lucky girl! i’m 43 and never had a professional manicure! i’m sure it was a fun and special time together. btw, i loved the post with the vintage sewing basket. my mom gave me hers (with all sorts of fun stuff in it, too) that she used when she sewed so many of my clothes (making matching ones for herself!). i also have another one that belonged to my grandma’s cousin, who we affectionately called our aunt. wonderful lady. it’s always a treasure to have a piece of history. enjoy!
girl time! so fun! 🙂 how did the decopauge go?
oopps…decoupage 😉
A nice time, a great memory!
We love Grace – now in camo nails among her friends, the trees.
Yes, the brown is perfect for Grace. Looks pretty! I have a groupon for a mani-ped, but have yet to go.
Love that color…I own some just like it. =)How special to go with your daughter for a manicure.Do you know I have NEVER gone to have one done!?
Hi this is Grace. hope you all are enjoying your day :).I really failed picking a light color. It’s a joke between mom and me now.
