When I took the kids to music on monday we passed a flower shop.

There was a sign outside that said,

“If you are a turkey,

stop by for your free rose.”

 

I just had to laugh.  I meant to go back to take a picture, but I’m too busy.

  1. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family… we have a service at church Thurs. morning, i always look forwd to it a time of praises and sharing of God’s done in the last year! I’m sure your very thankful to have your father-in-law still w/ you’s.

  4. I loved Mr. Rogers as a child, and my husband and I actually ran across an episode and watched it about a week ago – it was the first time I had seen Mr. Rogers again in probably 15 years!
    These nature pictures are  lovely, and that turkey looks YUMMY!

  11. And I love you too!  I meant to take a picture of my turkey when it came out of the oven, but I forgot.  I took it off the bone last week and froze it, covered with broth.  Now I just need to heat it for it to be ready to eat ~ Yum!  Hope your holiday is splendiferous!
