Well, why not? This kept him constructively busy yesterday evening, during that time of the day when I am tired and the kids seem to be all over the house. He did a good job and now Ethan is making one, too. Here are a couple of pictures of him sewing his flag to a stick. He sewed all the patchwork himself, too.

Good for Jake! Molly and Madelynn have each made pillows for their dolls/cats. They turned out really well and it lasted all evening. Now I can just imagine your boys out playing capture the flag with their new treasures.
Shandra, that’s a great idea! If the boys are interested in flags, they would probably enjoy reading about the different countries flags and their meanings. You should be able to find something on the net about them. 🙂
