Boys in Blue

I will post pictures of NYC tomorrow.  I took some pictures of the kids this morning. . . the boys looked so cute in their matching outfits.   Rich and I live about 4 1/2 hours away from our parents and most of our siblings (all except for my sister) so our family really enjoys this blog and seeing the pictures of their “babies”.

Sad Boy:  Caleb had enough of the nursery on Sunday mornng!  He’s so precious w/that “ear holding thing” he does.

Guess how I made Caleb smile and look my way?  By holding up his pacifier!  He ran just as fast as he could to get it.  I almost missed the picture opportunity.

Hope you all had a blessed Sunday.  Love, Shan

  1. Great pictures. You have some very handsome boys and a pretty girl too! She must take after her Momma. 🙂 Wonderful pic of NYC and the troops in the earlier post. My dh had a parade as well, but we didn’t go as it was cold and rainy and the baby has a cold. 😦 Blessings

  2. I’ve seen your blog through the Making It Home blogring.  I’m not much of a commenter, but this time I had to!  You take amazing photos – especially of your kids.  I love the pic of your son doing the “ear holding thing.”  My nineteen-month old does the same thing!  He sticks two fingers in his mouth and uses his other hand to kind of fold/pinch his ear over.  It’s so adorable!  I’ve never seen another kiddo do that before!

  3. The matching outfits are so cute. Steve hates it when I call something a male is wearing an outfit! LOL! Did you have the camera on timer and have to run back to be in the picture? It turned out so frame worthy!
I am so glad you went to NYC and am looking forward to seeing it through your eyes!

  4. Great pictures. Who did you go to N.Y.C. with? I wish I could have gone too! When will you be at Moms for Thanksgiving? I can’t wait to see all of the kids.

  5. I think your family is precious.  So, tell me, didn’t you just recently move away?  And didn’t you move, as we say in Arkansas and maybe other places, into the boonies?

  6. I just love seeing boys look like boys! Your boys look so handsome in their shirts and ties. Very much “men”. I agree with everyone else, the first pic is frame worthy. Beautiful!
