Blueberry Pie: Mix blueberries, lemon zest and juice, honey, cinnamon, and flour (for thickening). Fill an unbaked butter pastry shell, top with more pastry. Bake at 375 for about an hour.

I want a piece of Pie….I love blueberry. I am so sad that I didn’t get up to pick blueberries at your mom’s this year. Oh, well I guess I’ll have to make due with the frozen ones at the grocery story.
