Yesterday: Imagine listening to some fast, galloping song that goes on and on and never slows down. That was the Soundtrack of my Afternoon!

Here is little David with his golf clubs.

See that big, breakable vase? I trained Caleb to leave it alone. He never touches it! Yes, I am being a little “tongue in cheek”, because now he’s just discovered something better! My bookshelf!

Abbie, my niece, was with us all afternoon and spent the night.

Jacob and Ethan played baseball but it didn’t last long. The bugs were horrible!

Abbie and Grace had fun on the swingset. They both sat in one swing, twisted it and then let go for the ride! Around and around they went! Of course they ended up in the dirt.
This Morning:

Peace and Tranquility? Not quite. But I have a Starbucks coffee!
PS: I went shopping today – went to the mall. Then I came home for a little bit, went and got the kids from school, came home for snacks, then put them all to bed (except C.), and then I actually crashed on the couch for over an hour! I watched a little tv. folded laundry, and played w/C. Now E and D are up and I’m going to start dinner. Hope everyone’s having a good day.

You have been taking some great pictures! The swing one made me smile! I looked at that one the longest.
I also love the napping one! The books one stresses me out…if my house was cleaner I might like it more! LOL!
I love looking at pictures of your kids. They always look like they are busy having a good time.
Yeah, Jo, the one of C and the books stresses me out, too. But, sometimes I just have to shake my head and laugh. Depends on how tired I am at the time, LOL.
note the eprop. I noted mine. : P
Hey, where was MY starbucks?! Every time I try to talk them into a Venti Cinnamon Dulce Latte, I think of you.
I still say Ethan is too big!
Left you a comment on your “Homeschooling Jacob” post. Thanks for commenting on my blog. Great photos of the kids, btw.
Thanks for visiting my site and for the comment. My hubby and I have been married for 10 1/2 years and have four kiddos with another on the way. I stay home with the kids and homeschool. We live in AK. I also was saved as a child. You have cute kids!
Yes, I love James Herrriot! I’ve read all his books over and over since I was a teen.
I love the way you described your afternoon!!! (the fast galloping soundtrack) :o) I’ve had a few like that recently!
