Sister Amanda (with her two little ones) came over this morning, bright and early. After attending Caleb’s school Christmas program and doing some grocery shopping, we came back to my place to wrap gifts and work on tomorrow’s Christmas Eve dinner, which will be spent together, with our families.
May we keep Christmas in our hearts,
that we may be kept in its hope. ~Peter Marshall
Let us remember that the Christmas heart
is a giving heart,
a wide open heart that thinks of others first. ~George Adams
Praying that each one of you is having a wonderful day. Like me, you are probably getting excited about spending this weekend celebrating our precious and generous Savior’s birth. He gave so much, and this is a perfect time of year to be, in our own small ways, like Him, giving of ourselves in love and kindness, to each other.

My sister (and her boyfriend) is coming to our place for Christmas Eve dinner too, as well as my brother from OH! I’m so excited!Merry Christmas to you and your family!
I just love seeing you two, so gorgeous with you shining smiles and eyes, and hearing what a wonderful day you are having! I am way to overwhelmed, and so glad that Bob just came home for 3 days!
Merry christmas!!
My wonderful mother came over yesterday to help me wrap. It was the best gift I could have received! Wrapping is pretty far down on my “great things about Christmas”list 🙂 I hope you have a wonderful Christmas weekend with your precious family!
Blessings for a wonderful Christmas with family.
Sisters are such a blessing. I do not speak from personal experience but from personal observation. Really, I always wanted a sister so much….so glad my two girls have each other. And you….glad you have one, too! 🙂 Merry, merry Christmas!
